The hotel boss was amazing, helping with transportation, hikes, and storage. Spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms. Great location near the center and trails. Reasonable price for trekking tour. Attentive and welcoming staff. Nice view of the mountains. Convenient amenities such as TV and WiFi.

The hotel had free wifi and a decent breakfast. The staff was also helpful in arranging transportation to nearby locations. the hotel was located in a scenic area with many natural sights to explore.
The hotel was not what I expected for a romantic getaway. The rooms were small and outdated, with a musty smell that lingered despite attempts to freshen the air.

In the hotel, we enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms and the helpfulness of the staff. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff went above and beyond to assist us in organizing our activities, such as a hike up the mountain and arranging transportation to different locations. Moreover, the hotel's location in the center of town was convenient for exploring the city's attractions and accessing various hiking trails.

The room was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable place to rest. the location was great, close to main streets and restaurants. Another advantage was the electric blanket, which helped to keep warm on cold nights.
The hotel was outdated, with tired and worn amenities. the bathroom was in need of renovation, with fixtures falling apart and old plumbing.

The hotel offers great value for money, with spacious and renovated rooms that come with modern and big bathrooms. Plus, the heating actually works, which is a pleasant surprise considering the affordable package we booked. The central location is perfect for exploring the town and its many restaurants, and the large common balcony provides a great spot to relax and take in the views.
No significant improvements needed; all was just fine.
